Mr. Biddut Kalita is a distinguished entrepreneur and accomplished educator with over 20 years of extensive corporate experience spanning various industries. He has held key leadership positions at prominent organisations such as Entertainment Network India Ltd (Radio Mirchi), TV House Network Pvt. Ltd., Star India Pvt. Ltd., and Sony Entertainment Television Discovery Pvt. Ltd. His expertise in sales, activations, and strategic planning has been instrumental in driving business growth and launching successful events and initiatives.

Dr. Gayathri Chandrasekhar is currently teaching Human Resources related subjects at GEMS. She has been associated with the institution since 2018. She holds a PhD in Human Resources (HR Analytics) and currently teaches Human Resources courses including Organisation Change and Development, Cross Cultural and Global management, Human Resources Development and Compensation Management.

Gayathri Chandrasekhar comes from a corporate background having worked in organisations such as Wipro and 24×7 Customer before moving to the academic line. She is very passionate about the Human Resources aspects of healthcare workforce with focus on doctors. Her interest also covers the legal aspects of Human Resources. Her research papers and articles have been published in leading National and International journals. Some of her papers have been indexed in the Web of Science Core collection. Her focus is on highlighting the unique HR related needs of the healthcare workforce and continues to actively write papers on the same. At GEMS, along with teaching, she also strives to help the students get the mix of the corporate and the academic aspects, to enable them to adapt in the corporate world.

Geetha Madhavan is an accomplished Educator, Management Consultant and a Practicing Professional with over three decades of industry experience. She is a CMA coupled with Masters in Commerce, Masters in Business Administration, Legal Studies, with a Diploma in Information Security & Systems Audit and Diploma in Forensic Audit. Coming with 35 plus years of experience in various fields with expertise and specialising in Costing, Finance, Accounting & General Management skills through years of practical application and academic achievement. She has served and held various senior positions in industries and conducted training and audits as a Practicing Cost & Management Accountant. She has been a Council Member and Chairperson at BCCA. As a practicing Cost & Management Accountant and Partner at GM Associates, Geetha provides invaluable insights into cost accounting and tax auditing. She has been recognised through prestigious awards ‘Best Chapter Awards’ and ‘Certificates of Excellence’, for fostering governance and transparency, earning regional and national accolades from Institute of Cost Accountants of India which highlights her commitment to excellence and leadership in the field., Her multifaceted experience and dedication make her a valuable asset in any professional setting.

Mr. Girinarayan comes with over 30 years of rich experience having held various leadership positions at reputed organisations such as Siemens, Daimler Chrysler (Mercedes Benz), Tata Group, GE India etc. He is the former Chairman of NIPM Karnataka Chapter and a National Council Member. Has served various Professional forums such as NHRD, ISTD, CII, FKCCI, HR Association etc. in various capacities.

Mr. Kannan is a Technocrat turned Management professional with over a period of 35 years experience having worked at Multinational Companies in the field of Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Vendor Development & Management. He has worked with the leading American Multinational Kennametal in India for almost 20 years. He’s trained in Six Sigma and successfully earned a Green Belt after executing many high impact projects.

Dr. Nithya, Co-founder, CSO & Consultant Physician – Care On Call, is an empathetic physician, entrepreneur, strategist and thought leader bringing with her a decade of clinical and leadership experience. Her interactive approach, fresh knowledge and charismatic energy has made her a sought after speaker and healthcare management educator as well. She has been honored as a "Young Leader" in the Healthcare innovation space and has been featured in multiple podcasts, news channels and other media.
