Program Concept

Start in Bangalore – Finish in Chicago

This is a 2 year, Earn – Learn – Earn / Work – Study – Work Program. Work & Study the 1st year at GEMS B School Bangalore and 2nd year at Roosevelt University (Heller College of Business) Chicago, USA. At the end of the Course get a Full Time International MBA from Roosevelt University (Heller College of Business) along with the work experience gained during the program. Employment in the 2nd year will be subject to the policies and guidelines of the F1 student Visa.

1st year at GEMS B School Bangalore

• Join the MBA program and secure immediate job placement in Bangalore.
• Work Monday to Friday during the first year.
• Attend classes on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Gain specialization-focused job placement with 5 days of practical exposure and 2 days of classroom learning each week.
• Receive a full-time salary through full-time employment.
• Pay first-year fees in 4 easy installments, with hostel accommodation available on campus.

2nd year at Roosevelt University (Heller College of Business) Chicago, USA

• Move to Chicago and begin the second year of your MBA program.
• Work alongside your studies, subject to F1 student visa policies and regulations.
• Earn a full-time International MBA from Roosevelt University (Heller College of Business).
• Gain valuable work experience during the program, where applicable.
• Hostel accommodation is available for students.
• Become eligible for up to 3 years of Optional Practical Training (OPT) after graduation, in addition to your F1 student visa period.
