Program Overview

This is an Earn – Learn – Earn / Work – Study – Work Program. Join the INDUSTRY SYNERGISED BBA and get a Job placement immediately. Work from Monday to Friday. Study on Saturdays and Sundays. At the end of 3 years get a BBA degree and a GP certification with 3 years work experience. Job placement will be related to Management to enable 5 days practical exposure and 2 days classroom exposure (70% practical learning and 30% theoretical learning). Job placement will be full time and a full time salary will be paid.

The student will be awarded a BBA degree and a GP certification in this program. The BBA degree will be awarded by a UGC recognised and NAAC ‘A’ grade accredited Indian University and the GP certification by GEMS B SCHOOL. On the strength of these qualifications students can apply for employment in the Private sector, Public sector and Overseas as well.

Fees is payable in 6 easy instalments. Hostel accommodation available in the campus. Students will be taken on an outbound workshop as a part of the course curriculum.

GEMS B SCHOOL’s strategic partnerships with reputed International Universities enables students enrolling for the Industry Synergised BBA program for a course progression into a Bachelor’s program in Management at one of these International Universities.

GEMS B SCHOOL currently has International Pathway agreements with University of Sunderland – UK, Roosevelt University – USA and La Trobe University – Australia.

Students can complete the first 2 years of their BBA at GEMS B SCHOOL and progress to one of these Universities for the final year to get a Bachelor’s degree in Management from that respective University.

The International progression is only for students who are interested in this option and is not mandatory for all. Students enrolling for the Industry synergised BBA have time upto 2 years to decide whether they would like to choose this option or not.

The Earn-While-You-Learn BBA lets students work Monday–Friday and study on weekends, combining education with practical experience. The programme follows a 70% practical and 30% classroom learning model.
Is the placement guaranteed during and after the Industry Synergised BBA program? ▼

What’s the placement process like and how soon after joining the Industry Synergised BBA program will i get my placement? ▼
The placement process starts with a Psychometric Analysis to help you figure out your specialisation followed by a communication assessment and two rounds of counselling with our Dean and Director of Placements. After which, you will be put through a placement training for one whole week and then your interviews will start. Students normally get placed and start working in about 7 days to 30 days from the day their Interviews start.

The GEMS Admission Test (GAT) consists of 200 business aptitude questions covering areas such as English Grammar, Basic Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, Current Affairs, and General Knowledge. Students must secure a minimum of 50% marks to qualify. The test has a total duration of 80 minutes.
How is GEMS B School different from other business schools? ▼
The primary differentiator between GEMS and other Institutions is that GEMS B School is an unconventional Business School. GEMS is built on the ideology that ‘Management cannot be learnt in the classroom alone’. It has to be learnt partly in the classroom and partly out there in the industry.
